Voya White Manhattan

- 2oz ASW
- 1oz Dolin Blanc vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura orange bitters
- Orange peel or twist
Combine ingredients with ice and stir. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with orange peel or lemon.

Hamilton Sour
- 1 1/2 oz ASW
- 1/2 oz grenadine (we're partial to Liber & Co. if you're looking to purchase online; or make your own here)
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
Combine ASW, grenadine, and lemon juice in a shaker over ice. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Strain into martini glass.

White Whiskeytini
The Southwest
- 1 1/2 oz ASW
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1/4 oz Grand Marnier
- 4 jalapeño slices
- 3 cilantro leaves
Muddle 3 jalapeño slices and 3 cilantro leaves in a cocktail shaker. Combine remaining ingredients in the shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a large rocks glass over ice and garnish with lime and jalapeño.

Revenuer's Haint
- 1 1/2 oz ASW
- 1 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1 oz peach juice (or muddled peaches)
- 1 bar spoon elderflower liqueur (we're partial to St. Germain)
- 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters
Combine ASW, Lillet Blanc, peach juice, elderflower liqueur, and bitters into a shaker, add ice, and shake vigorously. Strain up into a coupe glass.

Bootlegger's Negroni
Bad Apple
- 1 oz ASW
- 1 oz Laird's applejack
- 1 1/4 oz Cocchi Americano aperitif wine
- Twist of lemon, expressed and discarded
- 1 brandied cherry
Add ASW, applejack, and aperitif wine in order. Add ice, stir, and strain into (1) a large rocks glass, Sazerac style with no ice, or (2) into a martini glass. Garnish with brandied cherry.
Mojitus Americanus
- 1 1/2 oz ASW
- 1 oz apple juice (we're partial to The Spot)
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 sugar cube (we're partial to Demerara)
- 3 mint leaves
Muddle 2 mint leaves and crush the sugar cube in a cocktail glass. Add ice, apple juice, and lime juice. Stir and add a splash of soda. Garnish with a mint leaf and lime slice.
