- 1 1/2 oz ASW
- 1 oz apple juice (we're partial to The Spot)
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 sugar cube (we're partial to Demerara)
- 3 mint leaves
Muddle 2 mint leaves and crush the sugar cube in a cocktail glass. Add ice, apple juice, and lime juice. Stir and add a splash of soda. Garnish with a mint leaf and lime slice.
