- 1 1/2 oz ASW
- 1 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1 oz peach juice (or muddled peaches)
- 1 bar spoon elderflower liqueur (we're partial to St. Germain)
- 1 dash Peychaud's Bitters
Combine ASW, Lillet Blanc, peach juice, elderflower liqueur, and bitters into a shaker, add ice, and shake vigorously. Strain up into a coupe glass.
